I'm Mahmoud Sharaf, a software engineer with hands-on experience building large-scale production systems and AI solutions for government and fintech projects across Egypt and Nigeria. Real work in the market taught me how technology is actually used — not just how it's described in a textbook.
Alongside my engineering work, I've been teaching programming since 2018 — starting as a computer-science student, then training thousands of students on global platforms like Udacity and Almentor, and within Egypt's Ministry of Communications DEBI initiative. Combining real industry experience with teaching at that scale is something very few people can do.
And that's the real difference: Programming and AI aren't subjects you memorize — they're learned from someone who builds them by hand every day. An engineer who has worked in the field knows how to simplify the hard parts and show you what truly matters — unlike a teacher who only explains from a book.
